Positive reports quick Cross Media success with Transeo Media

Responding to their changing customer requirements the Mitcham, Surrey-based company has added personalised multichannel marketing automation to its portfolio of services. The firm already offers Web2Print ordering portals that drive digital, lithographic, large format and direct mail services.

Managing Director, Danny Sullivan said “Over the past 15 years we have continually tried to diversify and offer innovative solutions, rather than only focusing on printed products. Instead of just offering the print and direct mail elements, MarketDirect enables us to offer a complete cross channel campaign solution, which is what our clients really need.”
MarketDirect creates highly personalised campaigns that use CRM data to join up, personalise and measure the entire marketing strategy, covering print, web, email, mobile and even social media.

“Besides being tremendously easy to use, one of the major benefits of MarketDirect is that it allows our customers to integrate highly targeted direct mail into their digital strategy. With a single solution for digital and offline media our customers gain full access the benefits of automated personalised print’s higher response rates. And because it is all integrated into digital we can better calculate their return on investment”, Danny said.

“We went with Transeo Media because of the extra support and training they provide. It is not just about software. By sharing their expertise in the marketing world they have helped us tremendously to adapt to our new market, formulate our sales plan, presentations and even pricing” Sullivan said.

Alex Granat, Commercial Director at Transeo Media commented ‘We’re absolutely thrilled to be part of Positive’s success. As with all forward-thinking printers, Positive realise their customers need more than just print to effectively communicate. Although they’ve only just started they have had a lot of interest in the new service.

Positive, which is set to celebrate its 25th birthday this year, has a turnover of £2m and employs 20 people.
“We’ve been so busy we are now recruiting a New Business Manager to grow our new and exciting cross media service”, Danny added.
The firm provides print, direct mail and multichannel marketing solutions for clients in the retail, media, financial and charity sectors.
The company operates HP Indigo digital presses, Heidelberg litho technology, Roland wide format printers as well as wide array of direct mail and finishing equipment and machinery.
