Unibind UK brings hard cover binding to new markets with case maker system

Unibind UK's drive to bring traditionally exclusive binding solutions to wider markets is continuing thanks to the company's new hard cover case-maker system.
The UniCase system allows users to create highly professional hard cover documents in a quick and cost efficient way, and continues Unibind UK's aggressive product launch programme.
Suited for one off or short run applications, UniCase is a completely dry concept without the need for any liquids, chemicals or glues.

Crucially, the system can be operated with minimal training and with no set-up and change over times, making it a viable way to access hard cover binding and products such as book covers, diaries, photo books, notebooks, ring binders and displays.

Tsol Keoshgerian, CEO of Unibind, said: "By bringing UniCase to market, we are opening up a binding format traditionally seen as too expensive for smaller operators due to equipment, staff and set up costs.
"The key advantage of UniCase is its simplicity. As a completely dry concept, operational costs are very low making it the perfect addition to copy shops, in house binding such as universities and digital print offers.

Other benefits of UniCase include its speed, with only a few minutes needed to produce a personalised hard cover product, and minimal daily cleaning and maintenance. It can also make one off lever arch and ring binders.
In November last year, Unibind launched the UniFoilPrinter, which offers users all the benefits of foil printing in a cost effective, compact machine designed to enable short and highly personalised print runs.
The UniFoilPrinter is supported by the latest easy to use publishing software, eliminating the need for tooling and set up costs and allowing users to create personalised designs with their own text, drawings, logos and special fonts.
